We are a highly qualified and experienced executive team with a successful track record of sourcing, developing and managing real estate investments in London.

We have grown an experienced property development team that are focused on the inception strategies, planning, construction and project development of real estate.

Our responsibilities:

We run the acquisition, pre-planning, planning and development stages as well as management and sale of each project.

Prior to acquiring any property, we will invest our own time; depending on the size, complexity and planning issues; and our own preliminary due diligence and local market research.

We will rely on:

- Significant in-house research on local demand and supply, sales/rental and asset values.

- Initial consulting on potential of architectural, planning, daylight matters and development viability with associated risks.

As part of this we will perform the following services per investment:

• Sourcing and screening of property investment opportunities

• Feasibility studies & inception strategies for potential acquisitions

• Due diligence: legal, technical and environmental and report on any title/planning law risks

• Negotiations of purchase

• Structuring of investment deployment

• Appointment of Design Team

• Coordination of the project development from start to finish

• Financial & development reporting

• Sales process

• Project Review at completion & verify the project’s outcome

Implementation Stage 

Planning:

We are involved with every step of a planning application including a step by step approach and ensuring we have the right Design Team with the relevant experience for each project.

After careful research and review of relevant contextual planning history and policies we adopt an appropriate strategy from the outset.

Construction:

Our ethos revolves around working in partnership with people including professional consultants, contractors and end-users.
